Antique Victorian Old European Cut Diamond Brooch
A diamond set circular formed floral/star brooch. Centrally set with an old European cut diamond, measuring approx. 4.80mm x 9.0mm, bordered by a total of 40 old European and old 8-cut diamonds, measuring from approx. 1.80mm to 2.70mm diameter. 
 
The diamonds are grain set into a spear head and circular collets, white topped finish with a gallery and frame, plain polished hinged pin with safety catch.
 
Testing as approx. 18ct yellow gold and silver settings. The estimated total diamond content is 1.90ct and the colour and clarity are assessed as H/I and VS to SI. Gross item weight 6.70gms.
