An antique necklace circa 1900 with yellow zircon and diamond set centrepiece.  Consisting of a curved, yellow, knife-edged bar with applied matt texture foliate designed panels and centring on a cushion-shaped, mixed cut yellow zircon measuring 6.10mm x 5.00mm and flanked to either side by an 8-cut diamond measuring 2.00mm diameter. From this centrepiece suspends a knife-edged bar terminating in an oval yellow setting, split claw set with an oval, mixed cut citrine measurin 16.20mm x 10.90mm x 7.90mm deep.  The pendant suspends from two lengths of trace link chain, overall length measuring 450mm, fastening with a half solid bolt ring.  Centrepiece tests as approx. 14ct gold, bolt ring stamped 10k.

Approximate total diamond weight is 0.06ct.  The calculated weight of the citrine is 8.77ct.  The calculated weight of the zircon is 1.50ct.  Circa 1900.  Gross item weight 5.74gms.
