An Art Nouveau necklace, circa 1910,  of four graduated oval and marquise shaped cabochon cut opals on double lengths of 9ct gold chains on either side of a central drop that comprises a larger, oval cabochon opal set lengthways on the chains.
 
 A heart-shaped cabochon cut opal suspending on 9ct gold chains.  The length of the drop is 2.20 inches and the overall length of the necklace is 17 inches.  The necklace fastens with a bolt ring catch.  No hallmarks, testing as approx. 9ct gold.
